Unvoluntary Muscle Tightness in Left Breast

for a few days I'll have unvoluntarily muscle tightness. it occurs in my upper left breast. I noticed that I will without any controls tighten the Pretoria muscle alone with slight synchronized tight with parts of my upper arm. it slowly builds up and eventually i can feel the tightness that feels similar to someone touching my left breast. when I notice everything going on I'll try to loosen my muscles so they relax only few mins later it will do it again. I would say this has been going on at least a week straight now. I feel it more when I'm sitting up. I've had a few moments where my body feels tight as if I did my whole body as if I was seizing up but I'll do relaxation and it will go away I really hate it, here lately. if I suck in my tummy sometimes I can hear like parts of my body cracking as if I was cracking my fingers
