I just started birth control patch a month ago and my period came a week early and was incredibly light. I use a menstrual cup and I usually go through around 11 cups worth in 5 days. This time I maybe went through 3. I'm not sure if my period was a week early or if it was spotting because if it was breakthrough bleeding or something (not my period) I'm a day late. Should I be worried at all? I do have a cyst on my ovary that measured 2.5 cm about 2 days before my "period"
