is there a special treatment for this ? I have been suffering from chronic gastric ( upper abdominal pain ) oftenly since 2017. Since then I had been frequently visited the doctor. In 2017 I had h pylori tested positive and I had antibiotic 2 times because my first dose did not work out. After having antibiotic I have issue with my digestion and lost more then 40 pounds weight . My symptoms are as it is now.
