Struggling with Mental Health Despite Efforts to Improve My Life

Recently my mental health been declining. Which confuses me, because I've decided to go out and get a job, get my own place, get on medication, seeing a therapist, focus on my passion. but yet have these depressing moment filled with suicidal thoughts. I don't really know what I'm doing wrong.

      thanks. I sometimes get overwhelmed with work,relationships, and family. At some points I'm too busy to notice my decline in my mental health.

      I've been feeling this too and I've been trying to practice self love and self acceptance more. I have self care apps on my phone that help too and I use guided meditations. Repeat positive affirmations to yourself. I hope you find something that helps. You are enough.

      It’s not you doing anything wrong. It could be that you need a med adjustment or a med change. Getting on meds can be a lot of trial and error to find the right combination

        @Relhavent well they just increase my zoloft (anti-depressants) to 125mg. Because I been having these depression episodes more.

          @kiwipanda it might just take a little bit for it to work since they just upped dose
