A lot of breathing practice and other coping skills that seem to help, but its still not easy
1.) Deep breathing while counting to at least 10 before responding while angry. 2.) Talk to your psychiatrist it could mean you need a meds adjustment. 3.) personally, I exercise whenever I feel pent up or angry, I simply remove myself from whatever (literally any) situation I’m in and excuse myself to the gym and I either punch a bag, lift weights, or run until I’m calm enough to just walk or stretch calmly and head back home. 4.) I use that DBT technique where you find 5 things visually, 4 things to touch, 3 to hear, 2 to smell, and one to taste. By the time I’ve finished I’m usually very calm. 5.) Try the DBT Breathing Box technique, you inhale and image one side of a box, then you hold and image the next side of the box, exhale while imagining the third side of the box, then hold and finally finish imagining a box and then repeat as many times as you need to until you feel chilled. DBT techniques are EXTREMELY helpful when angry. Maybe check some out. I truly hope so of this works for you it’s worth a shot to try if you’re really angry…. 🫶🏻 Great luck to you! 🍀
Trust me it’ll get better soon, you need to find what triggers your anger and when you do get angry try find something that is comforting to you and tell people that your close too how your feeling so they can understand what not to do x
