What trigger my binges are stress and hunger, though it’s not the same for everyone. I would recommend that you minimize stressors or tackle them head on rather than “cope” with them using b/p. And even though your brain will yell at you so much for it, please try to fast as little as possible. If anything else triggers your binges, lmk and i’ll try to help
