Hi everyone.. Update: hot flashes are reducing by 10%, thanks to the suggestions that were given in my prior posting!!! However, now also dealing with an impacted seriously loose tooth & on antibiotics & pain meds... Although these are challenges I must go through, and I'm pretty much up for the next set of challenges that come my way!! Wishing everyone a very happy Monday morning & hope that this finds you well & have been recovering all weekend..
