looking for a recipe ideas where 35-40 carb each meal

I use these tortillas made from eggs called Egglife to make lasagna (use the wraps to replace noodle layers) and I also make enchiladas with them (there is a southwest flavor). They are in most grocery stores in the cheese cooler area (they are refrigerated) but they are almost carb free so it’s a great way to eat a couple of my favorites with low carbs. I don’t like them so much as a wrap for sandwiches but really like in the two recipes I mentioned. Their website also has a recipe page .
I eat 30-40 carbs a day.... I wouldn't know what to eat per meal... I eat beans a lot, veggies, plant-based chicken, plant-based just egg product, chaffles instead of bread. Siete brand for Tortillas. They are made with almond flour.
