I have been more or less fully integrated for the past ten or so years. We were a very small micro-system. I don't know how or exactly when it happened, but over the course of a year or so we all just came together. Sometimes I literally ache with how much I miss my alters, even though I know they are still a part of me. I just feel so...alone. And they just feel so...gone. Has anyone been through this?

We haven't fully integrated but I know from having less alters than before it can feel almost as if you've lost a friend who used to always be around.
