I had to recently change dr. he took me off my meds two days a week. is this normal. I feel like crap.

      Taking breaks can help when taking stimulants. However the breaks should be on your schedule. Take break days on your easy days. Stimulants build tolerance fast and taking breaks has helped me greatly to set the tolerance back a bit. Makes it so the medication works best on days I really need it.
