Dealing with Upper Abdomen Tenderness

been dealing with upper abdomen tenderness when pressing on just below the sternum. the tenderness from pressing on it can be a scale or 1 or 4 also sometimes there's no pain but rarely sometimes when pressing on it, I'll feel something move and when it moves it feels like a crunchy/crumbling sensation as if pressing on that specific location it moves as if something had slipped out of place? if any of that makes sense this can be a daily thing, after it moves it seems to disappear whatever the supposed unknown object/organ?
