I can't sleep I can nap during the day but at night I maybe get 4 hours of sleep then wake up either with my stomach flipping like it's hungry but like a neausous hunger and I eat then feel sick to my tummy ...and I try to go back to sleep but I can't it's fusterating I just want to sleep ...does anyone else experience this ?
