I had an abusive ex. I moved away to someplace he doesn't know where I am. Too dangerous.

Seems you are in danger. I know you are scared but I thing that you should plan an scape or something… I was in an abusive relationship for 6 years, my ex never hurt me physically… but emotionally and mentally… is another story. I had to plan a scape and run for my life literally. I know every situation is different for everyone. But if you cannot move to another place, change your job, phone numbers etc, and this guy is aggressive… I think you should do the difference and get protection from police. For the anxiety try to make breathing exercises, you are right now hypersensitive so you have to find your “center” your peace in this moment to calm down and think about everything with a cold mind. I’m sure you can do it 🙌
