Something that I do often is I just sit in the tub for a loooooong time. I fill the water up almost full and just sit in there. Nothing fancy! No bubbles just warm (or cold) water! Sometimes I don't even wash my hair! It's just nice to feel the water around my body! Something else I do is I cook myself a lovely meal! Idk if any of that helps but I hope it does!
