I struggle with schizoaffective disorder, and when I have a manic episode, I often shoplift. I'm really not proud of it, and once I'm out of my manic episode I feel really guilty and scared that they catch it on camera and they are going to figure out where I live and arrest me. š Do any of you struggle with this? And if so, how do you combat it? I'm getting my antipsychotics increased, so that should help.
