Pill Capsule Stuck: Anyone Else?

i put the water in my mouth before the pills and i feel like it kinda helps. especially if you have tablets and u don’t want to taste them just drop them in ur mouth with water already in there and swallow and u don’t have to taste the chalky ness and it usually goes down smoother

I’ve only had this happen to me a few times, but I be sure to drink plenty of water before and after taking the pill.
