    I don’t have periods anymore. I get the depo shot every 3 months. So I don’t have a reference to if they are related. Pain sucks!!!!.

    My IUD helped with this quite a bit. I got it to help my endometriosis pain- but it helped with all my monthly flares, not just the endo

    I'm on birth control and have been thinking about coming off of it- could someone elaborate so I know what to expect if I do switch?

    One of few men with Fibro DX but it’s officially Fibromyalgia x Myofacsil pain syndrome anyone else DX like that one ?
