I'm having severe anxiety. I've had bad luck with my new job and I'm worried they're going to fire me. I work two jobs at the same pay but this one gives me more hours. The first two days I hurt myself, apparently I also made 50 lbs of bad pasta they had to toss. Yesterday, I couldn't find part of my uniform and showed up anyway. Today imma be late because my cab isn't here and couldn't be here til 15 min after my shift started!!
Sounds like even with the more hours it isnât working out the bestâŚ. Maybe try to find a different job? I understand that having more hours is good, but if you have trouble getting to work on time, and multiple other issue may be excused as new hire. But too many errors maybe grounds to let you go??? I am just giving my opinion. Are you able to work a different job? I donât know I am older and have this high standard of what I need to do to work. Many employers are giving more slack so who knows.
It's always best to continue trying. You're showing that you can put in the effort. If you do get fired it's because they couldn't see your work ethic, and Id find someone who can. Good luck
