I feel guilty. I want to be a better person to myself so I've been dieting and exercising for the past 8 days. I've reached out to a specialist who will help me find a therapist. but I haven't been doing too good the past couple days. I went way to close to my carb limit the other day. I exercised less than I was supposed yesterday and the day before. I didn't exercise at all today. I didn't shower today. And in all these 8 days I've yet to clean my room. I know that a clean space and a healthy body will make me feel better both physically and mentally but I get so depressed and unmotivated that I don't do anything. Then my anxiety gets so bad about not doing anything that I end up hyperfocusing on the healthy stuff to an unhealthy degree. I just want to do away with this toxic cycle and just be normal.
