Cannabis has largely replaced my medications. Queue the disclaimer about medical advice lol, but for me after a time of taking Vyvanse, I found that it wasn’t as effective after my first couple weeks of it. With marijuana, I don’t feel quite like superman but I feel composed, focused, and present. I can calmly assess situations better and don’t lose myself to anxiety. My recommendation? At least look into it if you aren’t against it

@ICanRelateBro I have my medical card and still and all over the place with my emotional disregulation. I need meds and therapy and cannabis. But I can't get a dr to help me because I'm also an addict who is on suboxone and has been clean from all other drugs for over 6 yrs. But still am being treated like a drug seeker. I just want to try to live a normal life for once. Smh it's frustrating and the cannabis only helps slightly, it used to help another. Over the last 2 yrs all of my coping skills have disintegrated. My brain fog and concentration and insomnia are making me an emotional tornado in my home. I hate my self. I just want to get better.😥

Hello Mysticah! 🌻 There is a YouTube Channel I would recommend to everyone called How to ADHD. They have videos on everything including how to manage ADHD and alternative treatments to medications. The host is so fun and speaks from both research and her personal experiences. I know that for me, ups and downs are normal. I believe it may have to do with how our ADHD brains have trouble with emotional regulation (there is a YouTube video that talks about this too!) Hope this helps 🐣

@Raelynne I watch her almost everyday, she has helped but I still feel stuck. I can't seem to find drs who actually want to help me.
