Trapped in a Toxic Relationship: What Should I Do?

I am on my way out of my second one and not even by choice. I wish I could say I made the decision myself but I am reluctantly relieved that I’m being forced to separate myself. I think often that’s what it takes. I hope you find some support in the mean time. It’s good to have people assess a situation that you’re stuck in the middle of and maybe point out what you don’t see.
