I remember telling my parents I felt like I still had growing pain when I wasn’t suppose to! It was the first sign, looking back idk when the growing pains transitioned into fibro lol. But it’s one of the most common pain areas I get, like everyone else is saying, weather, stress, and overexertion bring mine on.

Yea seriously all the freaking time. It sounds weird but especially when it’s cold, a heating blanket actually helps A LOT. It feels like it keeps the muscles looser and my legs don’t cramp nearly as much.

Yes! I usually get it at least once a week, and it's always at the most inconvenient times!

Yes exactly! It’s hard to tell if I had growing pains growing up or if it was always fibromyalgia. Maybe a bit of both. But they feel exactly the same! Now it’s just constant when it was once intermittent

Yes pretty regularly, heat and ice packs and low level pain meds generally help to ease the pain, especially on top of rest x

Try to see if your doc can prescribe a breakthrough muscle relaxer. It can help.

I cannot rest due to work. I have to take more medication as sometimes it hurts so much. I also put it down to fibromyalgia and so would my doctor (as he normal throws everything under that umbrella since being diagnosed at the hospital).

Yes, when the weather changes or i overdo. My best advice is to take a day to rest.

Yes I get this at least once a week lasting thr whole day or more! I always just put it down to fibro and although uncomfortable, frustrating and never seems to have a direct cause it's a symptom that I can deal with easily compared to others
