So last time they put me on Metformin for PCOS it made me bleed for 9 months straight (had a shitty doctor that just let it go) and they have now put me back on it. I have been back on it since July and nothing is happening other then my blood sugar crashing all the time. But I still haven't had a period since June. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem or is it just me? I'm kinda confused what to do other then tell my doctor about it

Hi tinie, Metformin did work for me but I guess it’s very individual. Have you tried to go back and get checked? Also, I don’t know anything about your lifestyle but if you’re feeling stressed, and even if not.. acupuncture helped me as well

PCOS is different for every person's unique hormone levels. Our hormone levels also naturally change based on what we eat, how we're living, stress, etc.... It's important to find someone who can help you run the necessary tests to figure out what your personal levels are, and then how to help your individual needs. For me, no pharmaceuticals have helped ever. Things didn't get better for me until I found Doctors who specialize in hormone imbalances. They had me do some labs and then they explained to me what all the numbers and words meant. From there we were able to figure out what we needed to do to help my body according to the needs it was showing. Surprisingly inexpensive compared to keeping all the pills in stock, and now I'm getting real results.
