Hey, I live up in Washington. I find that if you ever have a difficult time with appetite suppression and excessive hyperactivity on your dextroamphetamine, cannabis is a great remedy for some of the side effects. Vitamin B complex, along with supplements such as Gingko Biloba, Green tea extract, and Magnesium also work wonders.

Obviously, green tea is chock full of caffeine and is a long-lasting stimulant, although paired with L-theanine and known to "not have the jittery effects of coffee" it still is what it is, and stacking other simulants on top of amphetamines should always be done with healthy caution and skepticism.

While Magnesium, Zinc, and Iron have been shown to help improve overall conditions and symptoms of ADHD in children, this single piece of information is not in the context of being dosed *with* stimulant prescriptions. Vitamin C: “Orange juice and other things with vitamin C might have the potential to slow down the body’s ability to convert Vyvanse into active amphetamine. It may make it last longer, but the overall effect will be less—it’s like eating a bag of popcorn more slowly,” says Dr. Lieberman. “He added that drinking a lot of grapefruit juice is a very bad idea. “Grapefruit juice can slow down the rate at which the body gets rid of drugs, which can be dangerous,” he explained. It’s important to note, a lot of patients taking ADHD medication are also taking other psychiatric meds to treat related medical conditions like depression and anxiety. Many of these prescriptions, such as SSRIs, tricyclic antidepressants, and monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), can have a dangerous drug-drug interaction with Vyvanse that’s similar to the interaction with grapefruit juice.”

❗Adderall and magnesium oxide Interactions - Drugs.com → Using these medications together can increase the absorption of dextroamphetamine and may increase its effects. This can cause restlessness, tremor, rapid breathing, confusion, panic, aggressiveness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, an irregular heartbeat, and seizures. ❗The effect of vitamin D and magnesium supplementation on the mental health status of attention-deficit hyperactive children - BMC Pediatrics → Magnesium is involved in the pathogenesis of ADHD through various molecular mechanisms. Magnesium is an essential substance in the body and plays a vital role in biochemical and physiological neurological processes and controls the pathway of glutamate N-methyl aspartate,a stimulant that induces neurotoxicity [46].Apr 17, 2021 ❗Can you make Vyvanse last longer? - SingleCare https://www.singlecare.com/blog/can-you-make-vyvanse-last-longer/ → An online search for “how to make Vyvanse last longer” will bring up countless ways to potentially increase the duration of the drug’s effects. Is there any truth behind these claims? Not really. While some people say that combining magnesium and Vyvanse, avoiding dairy and coffee, taking ginkgo pills and eating large meals make Vyvanse last longer, there’s no proof that these strategies actually work, said Lieberman. Okay first of all, please supply your credentials, otherwise supply citations or follow up on my comments, please. What you've said is potentially harmful to many. Sentiment ≠ qualification. 1️⃣‼️ To be noted as is well-documented: intracerebral hemorrhage. 🩸🧠 ⚠️ There has been bleeding in the brain reported when using a ginkgo product and ibuprofen (Advil), a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID). 🩸 Blood sugar lowering medications -- Ginkgo was reported to increase insulin levels in healthy subjects and to decrease insulin levels in diabetic patients. ❗Also notable—Blood-thinning medications (ibuprofen does this hence the hemmorhage): Ginkgo has blood-thinning properties and therefore should not be used if you are taking anticoagulant medications, such as: aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dipyridamole (Persantine), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), or warfarin (Coumadin). 2️⃣‼️: 🤢 Gingko side effects may include headache, dizziness, nausea, palpitations, GI distress, diarrhoea, constipation, muscle weakness, and allergic skin reactions. (So, the cannabis may just be counteracting the sides of the gingko if you take them concurrently.) Probably best advised not to go telling folks indiscriminately to mix things with GB at will. Magnesium and B12 (especially the latter) are typically deficient in Americans' diet. Taking either of both will make anyone feel better. That said... 👇
