I am recently separated and I have been grieving very hard. It's just been hard. ironically enough I was the one who left. it's there any advice I can also get on not getting with person after person? lol I can't seem to stay single and work on myself. it's like the pain gets to much.
I think the pain you are experiencing is very reasonable, even if you were the party that decided to break up it can still be very unpleasant. I don't think getting into a new relationship is necessarily the solution and I think you need to be alone for a little while and understand the reasons why you ended the previous relationship, think about what you want from a new relationship, and grow from it. Entering a new relationship without learning from the previous one will make you repeat the same mistakes again.
