does anyone else do progressive muscle relaxation? i suggest trying it! you target and tense different muscles for a moment and upon release, there's a sense of relaxation. ive found it a great tool to calm my body from anxiety symptoms and also relieve some fibromyalgia pain ๐

I have not tried that, but I would try anything to lessen pain. Thanks for the tip ๐
my therapist is always recommending that i do this (i always forget about it ๐) i do it for my shoulders/neck almost everyday though and whew it relieves some of that pain for sure

@oliverlin14 I would always forget about it too! haha it took us doing it together in group therapy for me to finally use it!
