I've learned that deep breathing really helps just 30 seconds can make a difference...remembering that I'm only in control of today ...tomorrow can be tomorrow's worry. and listening to delta soundwaves at night while falling asleep calm down the extra thoughts that prevent sleep. and daily exercise and fresh air really helps.. so does MUSIC!!!
