Does anyone else hate gluten-free bread?

The only bread I enjoy eating is the genius gluten free bread. The only issue is is that it goes off really quick so I store it in the freezer and defrost slices as required. It's even better toasted

Many brands, yes. I do like Udis Brand and use it occasionally. I Since I use it so rarely I keep it frozen and just take out one or two pieces when I ready to use them. I agree with the toasting. If I eat, its usually grilled cheese.

Toast it. It's a lot better after it's toasted. Also, always use some kind of moistening agent like margarine or jam. Try different brands. Some I can't even choke down and others I sort of enjoy. At this point I am used to pretty bad food so my standards aren't that high anymore. (If you share a toaster with someone who eats gluten and don't want to get another toaster, you can get toaster bags to put your bread in.)
