Don’t ignore it. I ignored mine because it was relatively asymptomatic and hadn’t grown from when I first started getting MRIs. Ended up with a grand mal seizure a few years later. I still think back to how I should’ve kept up with my MRIs, since it obviously grew to the point that it became symptomatic
