Fear of the Unknown: Dealing with Anxiety About the Future

I have vascular and right now everything's looking okay, but obviously there's a lot of scary potentials, but I've kind of just learned that I can't control it and fear and worry will only make me suffer now. Growing up my mom alwyas told me that God (or the universe or whatever you may believe) prepares you for each day as it comes so you can't handle tomorrow's problems and that's okay! :)
