I am looking for advice on starting to get myself in a healthier spot. I have 10 year old triplets and feel like I never have any extra time. like from the time I get up at 6am to when I go to bed 9 pm I am doing nothing but taking care of day things. get them up, feed animals, take them to school go to work, come home, feed animals and then kids of course, homework and then practices, football, violin. meanwhile my husband goes to work at 530, gets home at 1pm, exercises , takes a nap until 430 but I'm getting no time, barely anytime to shower alone. I would love to exercise and live a healthier lifestyle but I feel like I'm already running on fumes some days.
