so I've been recently struggling with sudden onset high fevers. (103.9-105.0) they come out of nowhere. I spent some time in the hospital getting tests done and actively lowering my temp. The tests found I had a really high white blood cell count (so infection) and severe compacted bowels even tho I go every day pretty regularly with my treatment plan. Anyone struggled with high fevers caused by IBS?
