would it count as visual hallucinations if you see your surroundings looking like theyre moving/wavy (kinda like theyre underwater)? i only get these when im in an episode and i also tend to get my perspective fucked up like things look too big or too small. i was wondering if either or these count as hallucinations or if thats just a thing your eyes do in a psychotic episode lol

I believe they’re called visual distortions! Not sure if that’s classified as a type of hallucination or not tho

I've always considered that a hallucination myself. I get the whole wavy, walls breathing stuff during bad episodes. I call them "visual distortions" because I'm not sure if they really count or not.
