anyone else just stinks @ remembering to take medications or remembering if you took it ... 🤷♀️ 🙋♀️ I cobalt found an app that helps me because it warms me 'a given amount of time' before (that you set) and reminds you every 5 mins or whatever until you mark that you do it. I just make myself take it pretty much when I'm marking it. I try to stay within 1-2 hrs of my timer. not the greatest but I really am the worst lol. its part of my female tracker app 'my calendar'. It's the cutest and best app of its kind that I've found. spreading the love to fellow pill haters lol and hopefully bring some sanity too.
