@livelifeasian07 it is but you get used to it and the longer you do it the better you feel. I've been doing it for two years and yesterday I drank a soda it grosses me out because when you go vegan you can taste all the ingredients in things you used to love. but it was the best choice I made I have energy, and strength and the pain doesn't hurt as bad, especially the random chills throughout the day. you can message me if you have any questions about being a vegan

I’m on infusion once a month called Benlysta it works wonders but everyone doesn’t qualify for it depending on your lupus

My doctor refuses to treat me, so I have to treat myself. I avoid more than 30 minutes of sunlight in a row, eat FODMAP and GERD diets, avoid overexertion (or I'll flare), drink collagen powder, and I use cannabis for pain relief (I cannot have NSAIDs or Tylenol).
Plaquenil is helping me and going vegan
@dimand what was going vegan like? i’m interested but it seems overwhelming 😅
