Skincare skincare skincare! If you can stick to a routine for your skin, you can make a routine for anything else & stick to that too: eating 3 meals a day, drinking 750+ ml of water, doing 30mins of yoga, journaling before bed, etc.

Block out a "me time" event at least every day on your planner. Some days it's 10 minutes, maybe others it could be an hour. Just make it happen!
Thinking what I think doesn't matter. It isn't enough. Thinking that I'm my soul that is my entire self. That's always enough in the two you find a person.

Start writing. Get a journal and write. Doesn't have to be perfect or neat or even make sense. Just keep writing it out. Also, find a good self help book

Every day before I go to bed, I write in a journal about all the little good things that happened that day so that I don't forget them when I spiral into a negative mindset

A whole lot of studying right now. I & my roommate are learning just how great Mother Earth's medicine is. Food has a whole new meaning lately. So I guess making me, after many years of taking care of everyone but me, a priority. ☺
Eating right, take your vitamins and supplements, get rest.
Remember that you cannot pour from an empty cup. Try to take care of your needs first whenever possible. It’s okay to do the bare minimum on bad days. Practice proper self-care regularly!

It's just we're always doing something for someone else but it time you clean out your vehicle make those things better for yourself one task at a time and your self attitude is really rewarding to get those things out of place back in order. Cold weather is coming so get it done during the nice weather
I take cold showers everyday! Or I have a small pool outside that I sit in as well!

Take at least 45 minutes a day if possible or as often as you can to put on some relaxing sounds and maybe get a realizing sent like lavender and just meditate...
Trying to stay on a medication routine. Drink plenty of water. Avoid/eliminate sweets. I don’t use drugs, never did. I never smoked. Try to rest as much as possible. Pray.
@GunpowderMilkshake 👍
Do at least 1 self care thing a day like a face mask or bath in addition to journaling or meditating
