what are some ways that help you with social anxiety? I tend to have issues meeting new people, especially if there's alot of people in a group I don't know to the point of panic attacks. I do take meds but is there anything else I can do to help this?

i’ve just been putting myself out there. i know it seems hard but one of my first steps was going to the grocery store by myself a few years ago (i’m 17 now) and just dressing more confident. my social anxiety stems from my weight i think, and just treating myself kindly has helped so much. i still struggle and I think i will for a while but just start by being kind. and almost like manipulating yourself into loving yourself and thinking you’re the best person in the world 😭 lol
