      I do. But started using tampons again in addition to because my pads are always leaking even if I'm wearing the largest overnight ones. Probably just my underwear getting twisted around or something, but I'm tired of ruining my undies

      I also do I have to use the long ones with wings. Also due to my heavy bleeding daily.
