Zoloft for anxiety: Flare ups and mood changes

Oh for sure. I get “flare ups” too. As do neurotypical people. Make a checklist of what needs to get done, then take a break after making the list (because that takes effort!) then get started on the list. Marijuana can really help slow my mind, especially during the list making part.

I take Zoloft and use cannabis to calm my brain (working on an adhd diagnosis). I’ve been on other medications like lexapro and I still had bad days. I’ve just started viewing cannabis as a medication, unfortunately it does make it so I can’t drive. Also practice those grounding techniques. Make a list of what helps (or what to try) for next time you feel overwhelmed. Make a safe space in your home to go take a minute. It sounds silly but practice those techniques and tools often so they aren’t forgotten!
