The other night i went into a panic attack. There is a big difference between my anxiety attacks and my panic attacks. anxiety ones make me shake really bad. panic attacks make me freeze. my body goes stiff. i cant move. it hurts if i try to move. hurts my muscles. I stayed this way in the car for about 20 minutes, unable to move out of the position i was in. it scared me tbh cuz i haven't had an attack like that in a while. this time i was able to talk tho. most times I'm unable to move or talk. i knew if my bf moved the parts of my body that hurt and was stiff the most that it would take me out of the attack but it severely hurts when my body if forced to move when its like that. he ended up having to do so but I tried to do it on my own.

I’m sorry you went through that, but it’s nice to know I’m not crazy. I’ve experienced that before myself. My boyfriend is so confused when I explain it after coming back down. I think it’s hard for him to understand being trapped in your head and not physically able to talk or run, even though that’s what you want to do.
