Owwwwwww!!! I don't know what I just did but I was getting into my PJs and got the worst, sharp pain on the front right side of my ribs. I dunno if it's fibro or a pulled muscle? Also one of my knees has started making a crunching sort of sound when I go up stairs for example. almost like bone is rubbing on cartilage or something anyone else experienced this?

I can relate to pretty much everything everyone has said so far. The sounds your knee is making sounds like arthritis. That's what my doctor told me anyway. I too have fibromyalgia and arthritis, and maybe it's from both. Either way, make sure you have a doctor that listens and doesn't dismiss you for age or other factors. It's hard to find sometimes, but worth it in the long run. Good luck!
I totally get it. I'm in so much pain. I also developed CFS after having covid. I spend everyday in bed. I've been housebound since June. Confined to bed or my wheelchair or my walker. I see an orthopedic Dr next week. My right hip is so acutely ful that I cannot bear weight on it. I also have SS and several bulging disc you are not alone. This is a terrible existence 😢😢♥️💔💔
@highonfaith yeah I have ME too, it's hard isn't it. I do have to spend a lot of time resting/sleeping. Feel like I'm wasting my life away sometimes xxx
I have osteoarthritis also I recently had a scan and I’m waiting on an x ray, they won’t perform surgery on me as they say I’m too young which I think is daft really as I’m 40 and I don’t want to live like this forever, it drives me mad 😩 x

@Natasha82 totally hear you. I've asked for a hysterectomy as I'm in so much pain with that but they say I'm too young yet at 42 but I'm in so much agony I can barely stand up straight! 😞
@ClaireAngel I had ablation hysterectomy at 43.
@ClaireAngel my friend had a hysterectomy at 28. She asked for it as was in pain. She fought for it and got it.
I have crackling knees too. It's so annoying and sometimes painful. My Rheumatologist says it's arthritis related.
@dolphinblues sorry to hear you're suffering too. Yeah I'm worried as my dad and sister have bad knees and my dad is having to have a new knee and it's looking like my sister is. They both have arthritis 😕
@ClaireAngel I can understand your fears. My Aunt, who has Fibromyalgia and arthritis, has had both knees replaced. I'm just hoping I don't eventually have to as well.
I constantly have cracking in my knees when standing up or going up stairs, it’s awful 😞 x
@Natasha82 oh no, have you mentioned it to your Dr? My worry is that it's more than fibro as my dad needs a new knee and it's looking like my sister is now 😕
