Constant Sickness: Is It Just Me?

Upped my d3 and vitc. Have not have covid when people around me had it bad. Vitd3 at least5,000 to 20,000 a day has kept me healthy.

I feel the same way sick every day and I’m had test ran by a hormonal doctor to test my hormone levels because in the past my hormones were so off-balance that it was causing me to feel that way with brain fog nauseous fatigue not having any energy to do anything. Her suggestion was for me to get hormone pellets . My best friend do the pallets every 3 to 4 months , she’s never sick and she’s so full of energy! I will be starting my pallet injections this month.
