Couldn't take my meds because I was drinking. It's contraindicated to drink while on the psych meds I'm on. Currently self isolating because I got angry while cleaning, then started crying, didn't want to move, was slightly disassociating. I'm having intrusive thoughts about my partner hating me because I am not a good person. I want to run away from our home. I love him so much but I hate myself for struggling so bad because of missing one dosage of meds.
