I haven't been on this app much latley, and with working 2 part time jobs now for almost 3 weeks now , the stress from the holidays pretty much being over , I find myself going from depressed again slowly ... my health anxiety has been bad I haven't had time to actually take care of myself like I should be. not that I did before ..... idk it's just weird to me I feel nothing ? but ok ? but not ok at the same time ....idk if that makes sense ! š¤¦āāļø
