Struggling with a Complex Dissociative Disorder Diagnosis

in the past couple of years I have been diagnosed with a dissociative disorder, in the past week they have finally recognised it as complex dissociation. I haven't yet had a definitive diagnosis weather it's did or osdd. I've been advocating for specialist long term treatment. my situation is complicated by me. being autistic and also my dysautonomia as this can mimic dissociative symptoms. honestly I'm just very confused, overwhelmed and fed up. one of my parents who is currently my main carers are denying it, which isn't helping. I have someone around all the time a for my other disabilities and b to reduce suicide risk.
