i absolutely recommend seeing a neurologist or a nuerofeedback / biofeedback provider. this person can read your brainwaves and/or scan your whole brain to see what’s going on.. and then design a treatment plan that trains your neurons to “fix themselves” or like “be recruited”, it’s been really important for me and we realized i literally have 30% coherence between the halves of my brain lol
