So, My left ankle has been swollen for about 2-3 months. The swelling seems to go up and down but It hasn’t fully gone away. I started cutting my socks as well so they aren’t too tight. I also feel like I sometimes have shortness of breath. Although, I don’t know for sure if it’s related. sometimes I think it’s where my lungs are sometimes I just think it’s my boobs because of my period. I also do have anxiety. So, I don’t want to just assume it’s something when it’s not. What do you guys recommend I do? Let me know if you need any other information from me.

Compression socks can sometimes help with fluid that accumulates in the lower extremities. Also checking in with your doctor is a good idea if this is a fluid retention thing

I’ve been in a depression flare up lately and my body has similarly shown some signs of immune flare up. Sounds like you’ve got something immune going on (swollen foot). Depression makes me feel weak generally. Have u gotten bloodwork recently? Maybe check your antibody/ANA count. But could just be your body not liking being anxious?
