daily, measured caffeine intake. i’m not on any medication and maybe one day i might need to be, but i really do need some sort of stimulant. i have ~150mg, twice a day, and it’s made a huge difference in my everyday functioning. i also listen to podcasts now that keep me entertained when i need to do something. if i’m struggling to start, i turn on the podcast and that’s my cue to stand up and move, to get started on it. music also helps but sometimes i just want to stim dance so it’s not as reliable.
Externalize everything that I actually want to accomplish. Put it up on the wall.
