I feel like I can never actually have a good relationship with food and I don't know how to fix this. All I can think is calories, how much im eating, how bad that makes me feel and how I eat more to feel better. Anyone have tips?

      Myfitnesspal is a free app that you can use to track food, if you wish to. Tracking food can be really good for you..unless you become easily obsessed with it. I myself have started back to tracking, as I’ve lost weight with medication help from my Doc. I also have medical issues that needs me to watch my binge eating to lose more weight. Sadly it’s different for everyone and this is a disorder that can’t easily be fixed as it has so many reasons to why it is what it is. 😞 I hope it gets easier for you!

      I know how you feel. I felt that writing it down was as bad as counting calories it stresses me out and made my whole day go by slow. Try distracting your mind❤️best of luck
