You have to sneak up on the slay. When you tell the universe you are going to slay, it doesn't let you. You have to pretend you won't and then you will. 4D chess

Yeah I don’t have many good wake up day and when I do I try to make the best of them! But living with parents I could be having the best morning ever and funny enough they’re the ones with an attitude and it’s triggers me. Like why would you do that to me when it’ll trigger me and I just wanna yell ENOUGH ALREADY or stop with the attitude. Like you did theta to ke when I was a teen what’s the difference. But I could never bring that up. Why oh bc they’re parents and there never wrong or in bad mood. Than day is ruined
Unfortunately, we can't "slay" everyday. The good thing about bad days is you can look back at them later and remember how strong you were for getting through them in one piece. Plus, if sometimes a day feels like a trash fire personified, that makes all your successful and happy days even more notable, special, and enjoyable. The full range of emotion is needed to appreciate happiness. I'm sorry you are going through some of those trash fire days, it'll get better eventually!

@Lunarr Thank yoi
Every. Single. Time! I'll get up feeling super motivated to do something like clean my house (one of my biggest struggles) and then everything will come up... usually work stuff (I'm a Realtor, so work is 24/7 and time sensitive and short notice) comes up and I spend the day at the computer or off running to showings. It seems every day I'm actually in the mood to clean, work comes up
